Our journey began in 2005 with a focus on long-term rentals, driven by a deep understanding of what it truly means to feel at home — even when life is in transition.
As a licensed real estate agent for over 10 years, I’ve walked alongside many clients through the stressful process of buying and selling homes. I’ve seen firsthand how important it is to have a smooth, supportive transition. Through that experience — and owning a restoration company — I also witnessed the growing need for high-quality, fully furnished temporary housing for families displaced during home renovations or loss.
Southern Stays Collection was born out of that vision: to create beautifully designed, fully furnished midterm homes that provide peace of mind and comfort during uncertain times.
